If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first payment (monthly or yearly plan) within 14 days of that payment. No questions asked.
After 14 days
- Monthly plan: cancel anytime. You won't be charged again, and the service continues until the end of the month you paid for. We don't refund part-months.
- Yearly plan: after the first 14 days, the yearly fee is not refundable, but you can cancel auto-renewal anytime and keep the service until the end of your year.
- Additional reviews ($29.99 each): charged only for reviews your customers actually posted. If you believe a charge is wrong (for example, a review that wasn't from your customer or was removed), tell us within 30 days and we'll refund it.
- Billing mistakes or duplicate charges are always refunded in full.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@myreviewbutler.com with your business name and the email used at checkout, or use the link in your receipt. Our payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which issues approved refunds to your original payment method; you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer-protection law.
